《Psalms》78:10 They were not ruled by God’s word, and they would not go in the way of his law;
《Psalms》78:11 They let his works go out of their memory, and the wonders which he had made them see.

《Psalms》78:20 Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?
《Numbers》20:11 And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also.

In 《Psalms》78:20 it was God who smote the rock,but in 《Numbers》20:11 it was Moses somte the rock. So the God was Moses.
